Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription-based product, you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected delivery interval unless canceled prior to renewal
• You authorize Dreamibles to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees
• Subscription billing will occur at the beginning of each billing cycle

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by contacting us at info@dreamibles.com. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid charges for the next cycle.

Refunds & Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We offer a 30-night money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied with your Dreamibles purchase, contact us at info@dreamibles.com and we will process your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Shipping and handling fees are excluded unless otherwise required by law.

Chargeback Policy

You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Dreamibles at info@dreamibles.com to resolve the issue. Improper chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using any product sold by Dreamibles, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your violation of these Terms

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal or arbitration proceeding, you agree to first contact Dreamibles in writing at info@dreamibles.com with a detailed description of your dispute. Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days from the date the written notice is received. No arbitration or formal proceeding may be commenced until this informal dispute resolution process has been completed.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of The Netherlands.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Survival

The provisions relating to dispute resolution, limitation of liability, indemnification, and assumption of risk shall survive any termination of your use of the website or purchase of products.

International Orders

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of your destination country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that as a supplement, Dreamibles may be subject to stricter customs inspection in certain countries, which can affect delivery times.

Binding Arbitration Agreement

Waiver of Jury Trial

You hereby waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of any products. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains on an individual basis.
